Board Certified Christian Counseling Program

The National Association of Christian Counselors (NACC) offers a Certified Christian Counseling Program designed to train those desiring to become a Board Certified Christian Counselor. This program is for those who believe they have a calling to the ministry of counseling.  The purpose of this training is to Enlist, Equip, and Encourage, those who want to be trained to meet the counseling needs of God’s people. Must have a Master's or Doctorate degree.

Certified Christian Counseling​

Foundations of Biblical Counseling

This first segment of this training will present essential foundations of biblical counseling; the elements of counseling that must be included if we are to call our counsel “biblical” or “Christian” or “godly”. Here we will define biblical counsel, identify its essential pieces, and introduce both general and specific methods for biblical counselors to apply throughout their service.

Rationale:

This program is offered for pastors, church leaders, lay counselors, and those who counsel as a vocation throughout the world. With this biblical counseling training, our sincere mission is to enlist, equip, and encourage followers of Jesus Christ to live and counsel the gospel of Christ and His Word, especially to those living amidst suffering and the troubles of this life.
